TikTok’s algorithm is personalized to each user’s interests. If buyers continue to search for home listings and interact with those posts on the platform, more related content will be recommended on their account.

 

Brandy Aguirre, a real estate agent in Arizona, says the reach of some of her posts has been surprising, and it exposes her listings to a massive audience. She says she loves showcasing her personality and connecting with clients by using humor in her videos.

 

“I’ve had videos that have had 100,000 to 1.6 million views and so many others that only had 100. But even the videos with only 100 views are valuable considering the time it would take me to get myself in front of 100 people if I were door knocking or making phone calls,” Aguirre says.

6 Reasons to Love Queen Creek, Arizona

Queen Creek is a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona. It’s about 40 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and about a 10-minute drive from Mesa Gateway Airport. The Town of Queen Creek was incorporated in 1989 and used to be called Rittenhouse after one of the major roads in town. It was eventually renamed Queen Creek, after a local mine and a creek than ran nearby.

Up until the 2000s there were very people who lived in Queen Creek. In 1990 only 2,700 people lived there and in 10 years the population nearly doubled. In 2010 the population jumped to 27k and as of 2021 there are about 58k people who call Queen Creek home.

So why was this little town ranked the 10th Best US Suburb to move to in 2021? Here are 6 reasons to love Queen Creek, Arizona.

Recently we’ve been touring Queen Creek’s newest master planned community called Barney Farms. We’ve viewed two homes so far with two more to go. In today’s video, we’re walking through a larger home with a loft and a floorplan that offers up to 6 bedrooms. Let’s take a look!

Barney Farms is a unique master planned community by Fulton Homes. This neighborhood has a deep-water lake meant for kayaking and small boating, acres of parks and green spaces, a neighborhood trail system, and a lakeside aquatic center. You’ll also find a wide variety of sports courts including basketball, pickleball, volleyball and bocce courts.

Homes at Meadows at Barney Farms range from around 1700 to 2,600 square feet. There are 4 single-level floor plans with the option to add a second level loft to each floor plan. Eastmark Woodside Homes Tour

 

Today I’m headed to Mesa, Arizona inside the master planned community called Eastmark. For five consecutive years, Eastmark has been Arizona’s #1 selling master planned community. And in this video, I’m giving you a tour of a gorgeous home built by Woodside Homes.

Eastmark is about half an hour from Sky Harbor International airport and Downtown Phoenix, about 10 minutes away from Phoenix Mesa Gateway airport and only 15 minutes from a plethora of shopping, dining and entertainment options at San Tan Village. There are also parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and schools located right inside the community.

This week visited San Tan Valley to take a look at a new home with one of the most dramatic entrances I’ve seen yet and, in this video, I’m giving you a tour.

It’s about 45 minutes from Sky Harbor International airport and Downtown Phoenix, about 20 minutes away from Phoenix Mesa Gateway airport and less than 10 minutes away from some of Queen Creek’s best Agritainment.
